Getting Lost in Books

Wow I have really enjoyed learning about all of your favourite books today! I now have a huge list of books to read thanks to all of the recommendations that you have made.

Literacy Day - Buddy Classes

On Monday 25th November we celebrated the start of our Book Fair week with a Literacy Day. The whole school got together in Buddy Classes and had some fun based around a famous book. WE chose to use the book Oh The Places You'll Go by Dr Suess.  These were our instruction slides and together we produced a collaborative piece of art.

What a Whirlwind!

Term Three was an incredibly busy term once again. It is amazing to see how much we can fit into one school term. There is so much learning, great experiences and heaps of fun.

Illustrators are amazing!

This week we were lucky enough to have an amazing Duffy Role model come to visit our school. Toby Morris was our Role model this term. He is an illustrator and author. You may have seen his work on the front of the Edmonds Cornflour boxes or in some of our School Journals! Have a look at the photos below of our fantastic assembly.
